ویندوز سون من خراب شده و ریست میشه

با سلام
من یه ویندوز از شرکت شما خریداری کردم اول خیلی خوب بود ولی الان یه پیقام میده که ویندوز شما نصخه قبل از نسخه نهایی و بعد 30 دقیقه ریست میشود. همیشه سر 2ساعت به 2ساعت ریست میشه.
ویندوزم زده genuine؟؟؟؟؟؟؟

با سلام
من کارمند یک شرکت آی تی هستم و ویندوز شما رو روی خیلی از سیستم ها نصب کردم. جدیدا عضی از سیستم ها بعد از 30 الی 45 دقیقه ریست می کنه و بعضی ها هم دقیقا بعد از 2 ساعت.
کرک رو هم عوض کردم اما جواب نداد و بازهم ریست میشه.
ازونجایی که نصب مجدد ویندوز برای همه این سیستم ها برای من ممکن نیست، اگه راه حلی دارین بفرمایید تا انجام بدم، ممنون میشم دلیلش رو هم ذکر کنید.
