مشکل در نصب ویندوز شرکت شما

با سلام وعرض ادب
چندی پیش ویندوز پک 3 برای دوستم خریداری وباتوجه بااینکه زیاد وارد نیستم اما تاکنون چندین نرم افزار
نصب کرده ام بهر حال بعد از نصب چندین ساعت هم با سیستم کار کردیم اما روز بعد که کامپیوتر را روشن کردم متوجه شدم که صدا ندارم بعدازاتصال بلندگو سیستم این پیغام رامیداد sensefrontconnector failded
بهمین دلیل حدث زدم که درایو صدا مشکل دارد و برنامه درایو جنیوس را اجراکردم چون کامپیوتر به اینترنت وصل بود پنجرهای باز شد که هشدار میداد بدلیل غیر قانونی بودن نرم افزار سیستم شما خراب میشود هرکاری کردم نشد از کتابها وسایتها کمک گرفتم چندین برنامه گرفتم اما چون اجازه دانلود نمیداد با نوت بوک انرا گپی و به سیتستم مذکور (که pc ) است منتقل امابرنامه اجرا نمیشد به همین دلیل اشتباه کردم وهمه برنامه ها از جمله درایوجنیوس راحذف کردم اما نتیجه نگرفتم مجبور شدم که کلا سیستم را فرمت کنم اما این کرم یا ویروس درایو fرامیسازد که پنهان است و هربار که سیستم خاموش وروشن میشود فایلها چندین برابر میشود بهر حال بدلیل اینکه نمیشد گپی کنی همه فایلهای بسیار مهم دوستم ازبین رفت وشرمندگی ان برای من لذا خواهشمندم خیلی سریع من راراهنمائی فرمائید با تشکر ضمنا برنامه ای که خریدهام winxp سریال v2c47mk7jd3r8fd2kxwvpk3jشرکت نوین پندار باتشکر مجدد اخوان

خسته نباشید
بعد از ساعتی كه گذشت سیستم بالا امدنزدیك به ۱۱گیگ از هاردرا این ویندوز گرفت
هركار كردم بعد از اینترنت اكسپلورویندوز پیج باز نكرد
بعد از ان هم خود ویندوز اكسپلور دچار خرابی شد ودیگر سیستم روشن نشد
قید شش هزارتومن را زدیم یك سی دی معمولی خریدم وراحت شدیم
