Windows 7 خراب شده ه ه ه ه ه ه

با سلام. من هم یک DVDویندوز7 از شرکت شما خریدم که بعد از نصب ان از کار با ویندوز 7 بسیار راضی بودم .ولی از 10 روز پیش مداوم پیغام میاد که کلید ویندوز شما معتبر نیست و ویندوز شما genuine نیست و جز لیست سیاه قرار گرفته و زودتر ویندوز معتبر خریداری کنید.و از همان روز صفحه کامپیوتر سیاه شده و و بعضی عملیات انجام نمیشه (مثلا موقع اپدیت نرم افزار ها جواب میاد که ممکن نیست و ویندوز genuine نیست) ولی هنوز در ارتباط با اینترنت مشکلی ایجاد نشده .چند بار نیز دوباره با DVDو کرک موجود در ان عمل کردم که کار ساز نشد.لطفا منو راهنمایی کنید :mad:
