مشکل اکتیو کردن اتوکد 2019

سلام
من نرم افزار اتوکد 2019 رو گرفتم از گروه نرم افزاری نوین پندار و تو اکتیو کردن به مشکل خوردم با اینکه تمام مراحل رو به درستی و چندین بار طی کردم نتیجه نگرفتم لطفا راهنمایی کنید.
با استفاده از نرم افزار lmtools اقدام به فعال سازی کردم و این پیغام موقع استارت سرور میاد VD is starting, please check vendor daemon's status in debug log
عاجزانه خواهشمندم کمک بفرمایید.

متاسفانه بنده سه تا نرم افزار تهیه کردم و هر سه به مشکل داشت.
تمام مراحل رو درست انجام دادم، دیگه حداقل باید یک کدوم نصب میشد....
حیف مبلغی که پرداختم
پشتیبانی هم که بسیار ضعیف، حداقل یک شماره تماس قرار میدادید...
