ضمن عرض سلام و خسته نباشید خدمت مهندسین محترم و تیم npsoft
بنده یک بار نرم افزرا AutoCad 2019 را بدون نقص روی لپ تاپم نصب کرده ام ولی وقتی برای نصب نرم افزار روی کامپیوترم بعد از قطع اتصال اینترنت و خاموش کردن آنتی ویروس و فایروالم روی نصب نرم افزار کلیک میکنم صفحه extract to می آید و بعد از حدود یک دقیقه صفحه باز شده خود به خود بسته می شود ولی نصب نرم افزار شروع نمم شود لازم به ذکر است نرم افزار های گروه CSI collection رو به راحتی نصب کردم روی همین سیستمم, لطفا راهنمایی کیند.
ویندوزم 7 64 bit هست.

سلام یکبار چک کنید حتمن کپی کنید روی هارد و از روی کپی اقدام به اکسترکت کردن کنید اگر نشد روی یک سیستم دیگه ترجیحن ویندوز 10 اکسترکت کنید و فایل اکسترکت شده رو به این سیستم انتقال بدید

من تمام مراحل نصب و کرک برنامه اتوکد 2019 طبق راهنمایی پیش رفتم و موفق بودم ولی زمان اجرای برنامه دوباره همان پیام اول را میاورد،انگار کرک نمیشود. چندین بار انجام دادم هر دفعه هم موفق بودم ولی زمان اجرا باز هم لاینس نشده،چیکار کنم؟
