اشکال در ویندوز 8.1

سلام. دی وی دی windows 8.1 رو از شما خریداری کردم. مشکلی در نصبش نبود. اما این ویندوز رو نمیشه هیچ تغییری داد. مثلاً نور صفحه رو کم می کنم اما تغییرات اعمال نمیشه، همینطور فونت و ... ریستارت هم مشکل داره. لطفا راهنمایی کنید

ویندوز شما کلا مشکل داره. دیروز نصبش کردم بعد از یکی دوساعت خود ویندوز یه ارور داد بعد صفحه کلا رفت. دوباره که روشن کردم دیگه ویندوز بالا نیومد. از اول نصبش کردم. امروز هم بعد از یکی دوساعت کار کردن این بار آنتی ویروس یه چیزی رو اتوماتیک پاک کرد و دوباره همون مشکل ایجاد شد. :mad: از دیروز از کار و زندگی افتادم.
