ایراد درمورد ویندوز 10

با عرض سلام و روز بخیر
من یه پک ویندوز 10 خریدم که محصول شرکت نوین پندار هستش
نرم افزارایی که داخلش بود رو نصب و کرک کردم مشکلی نبود
ویندوزمم همه چیش اوکیه
تنها مشکلی که دارم اینه که لپ تاپ من از وقتی ویندوزشو عوض کردم و ویندوز 10 ریختم ، وقتی هایبرنیتش میکنم یا درشو میبندم که بره رو حالت اسلیپ ، صفحه سیاه میشه و بعد از چند ساعت که برمیگردم سراغ لپ تاپم اگه اسلیپ باشه هرچی موس رو تکون میدم یا دکمه های کیبورد رو میزنم از حالت اسلیپ درنمیاد. یا هایبرنیت هم که میکنمش ، قاعدتا وقتی یه بار دکمه پاور رو فشار بدم باید از حالت هایبرنیت دربیاد و روشن شه ولی هیییچ اتفاقی نمیفته
حتی شات داون هم که میکنم درست خاموش نمیشه
هربار برای استفاده مجدد از لپ تاپم مجبورم دکمه پاور رو نگه دارم که خاموش بشه و دوباره روشنش کنم و بتونم استفاده کنم که برای باتری و همه چی خیییلی مضره اینکار و توی طولانی مدت ممکنه آسیب های بدی بزنه.
این مشکل از ویندوزشه یا چیز دیگه؟ چون قبلا که روش 7 نصب بود این مشکل رو اصلا نداشتم.

من خیلی وقته که از ویندوز 10 از شرکت نوین پندار استفاده میکنم اما جدیدا پیغامی برای آپدیت ویندوز برام میاد...من هم آپدیتش کردم اما دو روزه که روی 99 درصد باقی مونده و من نمیدونم چیکار کنم!
روی خود برنامه نوشته شده نهایتا یک ساعت اما من سه روزه که درگیرشم!
ممنون میشم اگر راهنماییم کنید چون اینجوری مجبورم همش سیستم رو روشن نگه دارم و یا روی اسلیپ بذارم!
