اشکال در فعال سازی برنامه mathematica

با سلام
من مجموعه نرم افزارهای ریاضیات رو خریداری کردم و برای فعال سازی متمتیکا به تمام نکاتی که در راهنمای فعالسازی گفته شده عمل کردم اما user و pass رو که وارد میکنم چنین پیامی میده:
the activation key/pass combination is not valid.please verify that you have entered
an activation key and password correctly
الان داره میگه این user و pass معتبر نیست.
لطفا راهنمایی بفرمایید نیاز ضروری دارم به استقفاده از برنامه.. خیییلی ضروریه

سلام.عزیزم از این پس باید دقت کنیم نرم ازارهامون رو از یه برند معتبر خریداری کنیم.نه هرجا وهر کسی.اینا یه سر سوزن پاسخگو نیستن فقط یه نرم افزار در پیت فروختن که همش مشکل داره اتوکد من هم اکتیو نمیشه اصلا پاسخگو نیستن

سلام برای فعالسازی اتوکد لطفن فایل patch را ازداخل dvd در مسیر نصب کپی کرده . بعد از آن فایل patch را با کلیک راست و انتخاب گزینه یrun as administrator اجراکنید و باقی مراحل نصب را ادامه دهید بدون اینترنت و آنتی ویروس و uac غیر فعال تمامی مراحل رو انجام دهید
