عدم اجرای نرم افزار pdms

با سلام
ضمن تشکر از محصولات بسیار ارزنده شما
بنده نرم افزار مکانیک سیالات را خریداری کردم و نرم افزار PDMS را طبق دستورالعمل گفته شده بروی ویندوز 7 نصب کردم ولی پس از پایان نصب و اجرای کرک در مرحله راه اندازی نرم افزار طبق معمول پنجره ای باز میشود که Username , Password میخواهد
ولی در راهنمای نصب چیز در اینخصوص گفته نشده است. لطفا راهنمایی بفرمایید

سلام من برنامه را روی 7.64 نصب کردم حتمن بدون نت و آنتی ویروس این کار رو انجام و حتمن patch رو هم اجرا کنید من مشکلی در نصب نرم افزار و احتیاج به user و password نبود به احتمال زیاد یا patch رو اجرا نکردید و یا به دلایل اول درست اجرا نشده اند
