مشکل در نصب و فعال سازی Adobe Primiere Cs6 و Adobe Encore CS6

من روی ویندوز 8 64 بیتی و در حالی که اتصال به اینترنت قطع بود نرم افزار Adobe Primiere CS6 را از طریق اتوران و با توجه به تمام نکات گفته شده نصب کردم ، مراحل نصب با موفقیت پایان یافت و patch را هم در مسیر نصب برنامه نصب کردم . خود نرم افزار Primiere فعال شده و کار می کند اما نرم افزار Adobe Encore CS6 را وقتی اجرا می کنم فعال نیست و سریال نامبر می خواهد البته یک یوزر هم در سایت Adobe به آدرس خواسته شده ساختم و کد Request را هم در آنجا کپی کردم ولی آنجا هم سریال نامبر می خواهد تا کد فعال سازی نهایی را به من بدهد که متاسفانه سریال نامبر را ندارم لطفا بفرمایید چگار کنم من به نرم افزار Adobe Encore نیاز دارم
