مشکل نرم افزار رزتا استون (زبان آلمانی)

سلام . خسته نباشید .
من مجموعه ی زبان آلمانی رزیتا استون رو خریداری کردم که متاسفانه فقط یک بار موفق به نصب سطح آموزش 1 شدم .
ولی حتی اونبار هم وقتی که میخواستم نرم افزار رو بالا بیارم پیامی به من حاوی آپدیت میداد که حجمش 23 مگابایت بود .
حتی 3 ، 4 بار هم اون رو دانلود کردم ولی بازهم روز از نو و روزی از نو !
یعنی اصلا انگار نه انگار که دو ساعت داشت دانلود میکرد ، دوباره همون ارور آپدیت رو میداد .
تا اینکه کلا برنامه رو پاک کردم ولی از اون به بعد فقط تونستم خود نرم افزار رو نصب کنم یعنی هرچی سعی کردم سطح آموزشی اضافه کنم ، نمیشد و توی قسمت (ff.rsd) 1 گیر میکنه .
لطفا پیگیری بشه چون من اصلا وقت ندارم و اصلا چند روزه درگیر این نرم افزارم .
ویندوزم هم 7 نسخه ی 64 بیتی هست .

سلام لطفن وارد درایو c شوید فایلی هست به نام program data که یک فایل hidden هست و احتیاج دارید که فایل های هیدن خود را قابل رویت کنید برای نصب مجددن از برنامه ای مثل your uninstaller استفاده کنید و به طور کامل نرم افزار را پاک کنید و همچنین از فایل مذکور سطوح آموزشی را کامل پاک کنید
بدون داشتن آنتی ویروس و بدون داشتن اینترنت با uac (داخل استارت ویندوز جستجو کنیذuac و گزینه change user accont control را کلیک کرده درجه متغیر آن را روی پایین ترین حالت قرار دهید)غیر فعال، و مجددن نصب کنید.

سلام،
در مورد من نصب شد، مشکلی هم نبود. ولی تصاویر برخی اسلایدها با متن آنها متفاوت بود. در واقع تصاویر ویرایش شده (مثلا در اسلاید آشپزی زنان، هیچ تصویری که نشان دهد چند زن در حال آشپزی هستند وجود ندارد. همچنین در خصوص شنای آنها) با متن آنها فرق دارند. در این خصوص بارها و بارها امتحان کردم ولی فرقی نداشت. تصویر، اشتباه انتخاب شده و آن اسلاید نمره منفی می شود.
لطفا پس از رفع مشکل راهنمایی فرمایید چگونه نسخه تصحیح شده را دریافت نماییم.
