مشکل در اجرای پک icdl 2016

با سلام
چندروزی است یک پک ICDL 2016 خریداری کردم وقتی توی دستگاه میزارم (لپ تاپ) خطای خطای The disk is not original مواجه می شوم.

ویندوزم 10 است و با چندین لپ تاپ متفاوت که ویندوزش 10 است امتحان کردم.
