خطا در پنجره license manager نرم افزار CATIA P3 V5-6 R2013

با سلام
قبلا روی سیستم catia v5 r21 نصب بوده که آنرا بطور کامل unistall کردم از رجیستری هم پاک کردم .
در طی مراحل نصب هم اینترنت قطع و آنتی ویروس غیرفعال بوده
ولی بعد از نصب CATIA P3 V5-6 R2013 مرحله آخر که فعال سازی پنجره license manager میباشد تمام گزینه ها غیر فعال می باشد .
لطفا راهنمایی کنید.

سلام و خسته نباشید منم مشکل همین دوستمون رو دارم با این تفاوت که قبلا کتیارو نصب نداشتم
شماره شرکتم که نوشتید میزنم تماس بر قرار نمیشه لطفا با کد شهرستان بنویسید

سلام غیر فعال بودن گزینه تنها می تواند از شیوه ی فعالسازی شما باشد نه چیز دیگر اگر ویندوز شما 10 با آپدیت جدید است لطفن از ویندوز های قدیمی تر استفاده کنید و واردمسیر نصب نرم افزار شوید و فایل cnext.exe را اجرا کنید ببنید نتیجه چگونه است
