مشکل در نصب etabs 2013

من تمام مراحل نصب رو انجام دادم ولی هنگام اجرای برنامه eror زیر میاد بعدش ok که میزم برنامه بسته میشه!
ویندوزم 8.1 هست.
لطفا کمکم کنید....
