مشگل بسته شدن برنامه

با سلام
نمی دونم چرا وسط کار کردن با برنامه یهو یه پیغام واسم میادو برنامه بسته میشه
Adobe Photoshop CC 2014وAdobe Photoshop CS6 هر دوتاشو نصب کردم و با هردو این مشگل و دارم.برنامه هارو تو لیست فایروال سیستم هم قرار دادم.اما درس نشد.دیگه کلافه شدم
دوستان اگه میدونید مشگل کجاست کمک کنید

ویندوز شما مشکل دارد آن را Repair کنید.

چندبار ویندوز عوض کردم اما بازم همین مشگل و داشت.البته نسخه های دیگه مثل cs4اصلا این مشگل و نداره.... :/

آره هم از راه سریال نامبر نصب کردم هم از راه پچ. :/

سلام. من فتوشاپ پیشرفته رو خریدم . الان دی وی دی رو گذاشتم فقط اون قسمت اولش که اهنگ میزنه و نوشته میاد پخش میشه بعدش میاد بیرون از سیستم. یه ارور هم میده با این عنوان که ریبوت کنم سیستم رو !!
چیکار کنم؟ ممنون میشم بهم بگین
