مشکل در صفحه لاگین ویندوز 8.1

سلام من ویندوز 8.1 رو نصب کردم چند روز بعد وقتی ویندوز میاد بالا صفحه لاگین که میرسه صفحه کاملا سیاه میشه و نمیتونم پسوورد بزنم وارد شم. یه بار که لپ تاپ رو میبندم باز میکنم درست میشه و صفحه میاد. لطفا راهنمایی کنید چطور مشکل رو حل کنم. ممنون

بله نصب هست. windows 8.1 64bit

مشکل از لپ تاپ شما می باشد.تنظیمات ان را درست کنید.
مشکل از ویندوز نمی بشد

مگه میشه؟ من 4ساله این لپ تاپ رو دارم تاحالا همچین مشکلی نداشتم از وقتی این ویندوز رو نصب کردم اینطوری شده. فقط هم در صفحه لاگین
