سلام خسته نباشید
من 5 روز پیش ویندوز 7 سرویس پک 1 رو از شرکت شما خریداری کردمم و بدون هیچ مشکلی نصبش کردمم
5 روز هم استفاده کردم از ویندوز مشکلی نداشت ولی الان وقتی سیستم و روشن میکنم بهم پیغام میده dvd ویندوز رو تو دستگاه قرار بدید بعدش dvd رو میذارم دوباره میره تو مراحل نصب ویندوز که از نوع ویندوز و نصب کنه و وقتی به مرحله انتخاب درایو میرسه که اونجا باید کدوم درایو و انتخاب کنم مثلا درایو c تو این مرحله هیچ درایوی و نشون نمیده حتی گزینه ریفرش هم داره که میزنم بازم پیدا نمیکنه مشکلش کجاست ؟
در ضمن سرعت سیستمم خیلی اومده پایین و هنگ میکنه همش باید چیکار کنم ؟
