باز نشدن برنامه cad 2012 با اخطار

با سلام
ويندوز من 8.1 است 64 بيتي .
برنامه cad 2012 بدون هيچ مشکلي نصب کردم . اما زماني که برنامه را براي active کردن اجرا مي کنم
با error :

fatal error : unhandled access violation reading 0x0020 exxception at b1b110b2h

در ضمن من مجموعه lord 2014 را نيز دارم . با کد شناسایی

اما نياز به برنامه اتو کد با ورژن 2012 دارم. لطفا راهنمايي نماييد

می تواند 2 علت داشته باشد .
اول اگر قبلا روی همین سیستم اتوکد داشته اید و آنرا پاک کرده اید ، چون هنوز به طور کامل پاک نشده است اجازه اجرای این نسخه را نمی دهد .
دوم اینکه اتوکد 2012 اصلا روی ویندوز 8.1 اجرا بشود یا خیر نیز می تواند علت اجرا نشدن آن باشد .
بهتر است این نسخه از اتوکد را روی ویندوز 7 (که قبلا نسخه ای از اتوکد بر روی آن نصب نشده است) نصب کنید

فایل patch را در مسیر نصب بریزید سپس بر روی این فایل کلیک راست کرده و Run as administrator را بزنید در نهایت بقیه مراحل اکتیو را طبق راهنما انجام دهید
