مشکل در کانکشن

من در ويندوز 7 ، با کانکشن Local Area Connection به اينترنت وصل ميشدم
اما بعد از تغيير ويندوز به 8.1 به جاي لوکال با Ethernet وصل ميشه و Local Area Connection Adapter V9 کار نميکنه
مشکل اينجاست که من هميشه يک شورت کات ميزاشتم تو صفحه دسکتاپ ، تا به راحتي قطع و وصل بشم ، الان هم از Ethernet يه شورت کات ساختم ، منتها اصلا دقيق و پايدار کار نميکنه ، مياي Enable کني تازه ميزنه Disable و همين طور برعکس ، تو ويندوز 7 هم همينطور ميشد ولي به محض اينکه شورت کات قبلي رو پاک و يه جديد مي ساختم درست ميشد ، اما اينجا و تو ويندوز 8 درست نميشه
آيا راهي هست که بتونم دوباره همون Local Area Connection رو ، رو ويندوز 8.1 فعال کنم ؟ ممنون ميشم جواب بدید.
تنها با نصب hyper-v چیزی حل نشد ، داخل سی ام دی اسمی از hyper-v یا vitual switch برده نمیشه
تنها آی پی ها برای Etehrnet protocol V4 ,6 هست
