صفحه آبی در ویندوز 8.1

با عرض سلام
جناب ویندوز 8.1 جدید شرکتتون به اسم "super windows 8.1" رو از وقتی روی سیستمم نصب کردم هر بار بعد از نصب با صفحه آبی ویندوز و ارور " KMODE EXEPTION NOT HANDLED " مواجه می شم در صورتی که قبلا این مشکل رو با ویندوز های دیگه شرکت نداشتم
در رابطه با این ارور هم از چیزایی که تو اینترنت پیدا کردم چیزی سر در نیاوردم
هر چند از طریق بخش ریکاوری ویندوز می تونم این ایراد رو برطرف کنم ولی مشکل اینه که می خوام بدونم چرا این ارور رخ میده ؟!
