بسیار کند نصب شدن و گاهی نصب نشدن

آیا تمام محصولات np این گونه اند . من این طور فکر نمی کنم چون بار 10 من است که از محصولات np خرید می کنم و برای دومین بار بود که همچین مشکلی برای من رخ می داد .لطفاً تا از سلامت محصول آگاهی پیدا نکردین آن را وارد بازار نکنید زیرا من حدود 15 هزار تومان ضرر کردم .
