اشکال در وصل نشدن کارت شبکه مودم در ویندوز 7

سلام
مشکلات که همیشه از سی دی های ویندوز np داشتم.

سی دی ها که همشون از np خریداری کردم مشکل در نصب نشدن کارت شبکه بود. ویندوز 7 , 8 هردوتاش نصب نمیشه.
یعنی وقتی کابل که مودم وکامپیوتر وصل کردن پیدا نمی کنه و به اقدام نصب نمی کنه بعضی ها که میگن درایورش نصب نیست.

ولی با ویندوز های دیگه که از شرکت دیگه خریداری می کنم بدون هیچ نقص همه چی نصب میشه و ایرادی پیدا نمیشه.

امدوارم این مشکل در ویندوزهایتان و بدون ایراد حل بشه.

اگه هم این شبکه بگین چجوری وصلش کنم ممنون میشم.
