غیر فعال شدن سریال نرم افزار بعد از نصب آن

با سلام و عرض خسته نباشید
من ار پکیج adobe master collection cs6 برنامه های photoshop و indesign ,....... را نصب کردم و موقع نصب مطابق راهنما عمل کردم، برنامه نصب شد و اجرا هم میشود ولی به محض اینکه اینترنتم وصل باشه و برنامه اجرا باشه کادری برای من ظاهر میشه و میگه سریال شما معتبر نیست همون سریالی که موقع نصب باید وارد کنیم و در اصل میگه نرم افزارت اعتبار نداره - ممنون میشم بفرمایید چکار کنم؟
