مشکل در نصب فتوشاپ cc

در رابطه با نصب فتوشاپ سی سی
سلام من تمام مراحل نصب رو انجام می دم ولی برای ادامه فعال سازی، فتوشاپcc باز نمیشه و این خطا را می دهد:
photoshop-exe Entry Point Not found
The procadure entry point InitializeCritical section Ex could not be located in the dynamic link librery KERNEL32.dll مشخصات کامپیوترم: 32bit / ویندوزxp /رم1GB/ گرافیک 512 .
چه کار باید بکنم؟ لطفاَ راهنمایی کنید.

اين نسخه از فتوشاپ روي ويندوز xp نصب نميشه.

تمامی مراحل نصب یرای ویندوز 7 را می روم هنگام اجرا با خطایdownload error coustomer support که دو گزینه retry و quit دارد ؟ و اجرا نمی شود لطفا راهنمایی کنید
