اشکال در اجرای ورد 2013

سلام
ویندوز بنده اورجینال Home میباشد. بعد از نصب کامل و کرک آن پاور پوینت و اکسل و وان نوت به خوبی کار میکند ولی ورد اصلا اجرا نمیشود و قبل از باز نمودن صفحه جدید ارور زیر را میدهد که منجر به بسته شدن آن میشود. عکس ارور را در زیر ارسال کردم. ممنون میشوم اگر مرا راهنمایی کنید.

نسخه قبلی به طور کامل از روی سیستم پاک نشده. با استفاده از نرم افزارهای انیستالر آفیس رو پاک کنید و دوباره نصب کنید.

چند بار با این نرم افزار پاک کردم و نصب کردم ولی هیچ تفاوتی نکرد و هم چنان در اجرای ورد پیغام قبلی ظاهر شده و بسته میشود...
لطفا راهنمایی بفرمایید...

با استفاده از نرم افزار CCleaner رجيستري رو اسكن كنيد در صورتي كه مشكل حل نشد مجبوريد ويندوز رو عوض كنيد.

ویندوز رو عوض کردم و کارم درست نشد. ولی در نهایت راه حل را یافتم. اینجا قرار میدم تا دوستان استفاده کنند.
ابتدا در قسمت Run عبارت مقابل را تایپ میکنیم. winword /safe
سپس بعد از اجرای ورد در منو فایل روی گزینه آپشن کلیک کرده و در پنجره مقابل گزینه ADD - INS کلیک میکنیم. روی گزینه send to bluetooosh کلیک کرده و در قسمت پایین صفحه گزینه Go را میزنیم
در پنجره ایجاد شده تیک send to bluetoosh را بر میداریم و اوکی میکنیم.
ورد شما دیگر مشکلی ندارد
