نصب patch

سلام
هنگام نصب ، وقتی طبق راهنما به قسمت patch رسیدم با گزینه run as adminstrator سعی کردم فایل را باز کنم اما بعد از چند لحظه error زیر ظاهر شد
some files could not be created
please close all applications,reboot windows and restartthis installation
بعد از کلیک کردن روی تنها دستور موجود یعنی ok، پنجره ی winrar self -extracting archieve باز شد که حاوی اخطار can not creat solid works patch/patch.exe بود و در قسمت پایین آن پیشروی installation progress نشان داده می شد
سیستم دارای ویندوز 7 و 64 بیتی است

نکات ضروری قبل از نصب رو رعایت کنید
غیر فعال کردن uac ، آنتی ویروس و فایروال --- در ویندوز 8 و 8.1 ویندوز دیفندر هم غیر فعال کنید.

سلام
فایل Patch را از دی وی دی کپی کرده و در مسیر نصب برنامه بریزید.سپس بر روی فایل کپی شده کلیک راست کرده و Run as administrator را بزنید.
بقیه مراحل نصب را انجام دهید.
