مشکل در نصب اتوکد 2011

با سلام بعد از اینکه اتوکد 2011 را نصب کرده ام زمانیکه میخواهم آنرا اجرا کنم بعد از کلیک کردن روی آیکون اتوکد صفحه مربوط به آن می آید ولی بعد از چند ثانیه بدون عملکردی محو میشود دو سه بار با دقت نصب کردم ولی باز همین مشکل وجود دارد چه کار باید بکنم ؟
