مشکل در اجرای این دیزاین cs5/5

سلام. قبلا رو سیستمم id 3 نصب بوده بعد از مدتی که داخل برنامه شدم متوجه شدم بعضی از آیکونها یا قابلیتهای برنامه غیر فعال شدن مثلا نمیشه اندازه فونت رو عوض کرد یا مدلش رو. اون برنامه رو آنیستال کردم کامل و بعدش سی دی شما رو خریداری کردم id 5/5 ولی متاسفانه بعد از نصب دوباره دقیقا همون مشکل پیش آمد و دو سه بار نصب کردیم و حتی ورژن 6 هم نصب کردیم وبازهم همان غیر فعالی برخی گزینه ها بود.
لطفا راهنمایی کنید من خیلی شدید احتیاج دارم به این برنامه.ممنونم

سلام. من چند بار این نرم افزارو نصب و کامل پاک کردیم. اما بازهم همین مشکل بود. پیشنهاد دیگری اگربکنید ممنون میشم.
