مشکل در نصب آفیس 13

سلام.من آفیس 13 نوین پندار خریدم اما وقتی دی وی دی رو وارد می کنم و قصد اجرا رو دارم نرم افزار اجرا نمیشه.

واضح تر بفرمایید ، کلا dvd خونده نمیشه ؟ اگر اینطور باشه مشکل از DVD-ROM شماست و رو یه سیستم دیگه امتحان کنید تا معلوم بشه. در غیر اینصورت توضیح دهید، ممنون

آفیس قبلی رو پاک کردم
آنتی ویروس رو هم یک بار غیر فعال کردم ولی باز جواب نگرفتم
فضای هم روی هاردم زیاد دارم :rolleyes:
