مشکل در شناختن mfile

من برنامه رو نصب کردم بعد چون هیچ آیکونی تو منوی استارت نبود برنامه رو از bin اجرا کردم ولی الان نرم افزار mfile ها رو نمی شناسه مثلاً الان یه mfile تو درایو f دارم ولی نمیشناسه و بازش نمی کنه چی کار کنم؟؟؟
