تاریخ میلادی سیستم رو تنظیم و به روز کنید
غیر فعال کردن نرم افزارهای امنیتی سیستم از جمله فایروال ویندوز و آنتی ویروس

بعد از تنظیم تاریخ اگر مشکل رفع نشد احتمال دارد microsoft.net framework روی سیستم نصب نباشد ، آخرین ورژن آن را نصب کنید.
و کارت گرافیک را آپدیت کنید
