سلام. آفیس 2010 نصب کردم حالا وقتی ورد یا هرکدوم از نرم افزارهای این دسته رو باز میکنم آفیس شروع به Configuration Progress میکنه.سیستم رو restart کردم ولی باز مثل قبله هیچ فرقی نکرده. کلافم کرده.
کمکم کنید چکار کنم؟:(

مشکل رو به طور کامل و واضح بیان کنید. چه پیغامی میده؟ مشخصات سیستم و ویندوزتون رو بفرمایید.

وقتی هر نرم افزار آفیس رو باز می کنم همزمان که نرم افزار میخواد بالا بیاد گزینه Configuration Progress میاد بالا که حدود 10 دقیقه طول میکشه تا فیلدش پر شه بعد پیغام restart رو میده وقتی restart نکنم نرم افزار بسته میشه restart هم میکنم وقتی که دوباره نرم افزارو باز میکنم باز همون آش و همون کاسه.

هر نسخه از آفیس که نصب کرده اید را به طور کامل uninstall کنید و رجیستری آن را پاک کنید و دوباره نصب کنید.
