خطا در حین استخراج

با سلام.
شوربختانه در حین نصب در مرحله اول استخراج اطلاعات ,در میانه های این مرحله به خطایی درست با این عنوان'' error:archive data corrupted(decompression fails) '' رخ میده. و پس از تایید کردن این خطا عملیات قطع میشه. در ادمه باز دوباره سعی کردم برای نصب کردن ,اما این بار آنتی ویروس و شبکه اینترنت رو از کار انداختم همچنین رجیستری رو هم با نرم افزار auslogics boot speed بازسازی کردم اما باز افاقه نکرد. لطفا کمکم کنید.

بر روی یک سیستم دیگر محتویات دی وی دی را بر روی هارد کپی کرده و از هارد اجرا کنید. در صورتی که موفق نشدید با واحد پشتیبانی تماس بگیرید. 02188994474

با سلام دوباره.
دستوری که فرمودید اجرا شد. عملیات استخراج روی سیستم دیگه جواب داد. من با سامانه تلفنی موضوع رو با کارشناساتون در میان گذاشتم, گفتن فایل ستاپ رو با وینرر فشرده کنم و دوباره از اون استخراج کنم. این دستورو هم اجرا کردم اما باز هم همون اخطار مذبور رو تحویلم گرفتم. قابل ذکر که تو همون دی وی دی ورژنای قبلی موفقیت آمیزن , اما هدف من اتوکد 2011 هست که با مشکل مواجهم.راه حل دیگه ای سراغ ندارید

تمامی نسخه های اتوکد را به طور کامل Uninstall کنید و رجیستری را کامل پاک کنید. uac را بر روی حالت never notify قرار دهید و یکبار سیستم را ر استارت کنید. آنتی ویروستان را موقتاً غیر فعال کنید. اتصال به اینترنت را قطع کنید و سپس اتوکد 2011 را طبق راهنما نصب و کرک کنید.
