پنجره توضیحات در برنامه یک صفحه سفید است (هیچ متنی نیست)

من مجموعه نرم افزاری مهندسی عمران را خریداری کردم اما نمی توانم توضیحات برنامه ها و نحوه فعال سازی آنها را بخوانم چونکه هیچ متنی نمایش داده نمی شود.
البته من از ویندوز 8 استفاده می کنم.

با سپاس فراوان از راهنمایی شما ولی تنظیمات قسمت فرمت از کنترل پنل کارساز نبود
باید اضافه کنم که من در حال حاضر از مجموعه لرد 2013 استفاده می کنم و مشکلی با اتورن برنامه ندارم
در ضمن من تمامی نرم افزارهای قسمت آپدیت مجموعه لرد 2013 را نصب کرده ام ولی باز هم کارساز نبود

مجموعه های مهندسی از جمله مهندسی عمران بر روی ویندوز 8 تست نشده ، بنابراین برای این ویندوز پشتیبانی ندارد. در خود اتوران محصول هم با توجه به برنامه ای که بخواهید نصب کنید تنها برای ویندوز های 7 و xp امکان نصب وجود دارد.
