ناقص ماندن نصب ویندوز 7

اینجانب یک نسخه از ویندوز 7 (service pack 1) شرکت شما را خریداری کردم و بعد شروع به نصب آن کردم. مراحل اولیه نصب خوب پیش رفت حتی تا مرحله ی انتخاب درایو ویندوز هم رفتم و آن را هم انتخاب کرد م و بعد دکمه install را زدم بعد کامپیوتر شروع کرد به پردازش کردن و چند شکل را هم نشان داد و بعد از ده دقیقه یکی دو بار ری استارت شد ولی با وجود اینکه ما دست به هیچ کلیدی نزدیم بعد از نشان دادن لوگوی ویندوز 7 به یک صفحه سیاه بدون هیچ نوشته ای برخوردیم واز آن به بعد هرچه منتظر شدیم کامپیوتر در همین صفحه سیاه ماند و تغییر نکرد.البته این را هم بگوییم که ویندوز قبلی ما (xp service pack 2) بود وروی درایو c نصب بود اما من خواستم این ویندوز جدید را روی درایو E نصب کنم بنابراین اول c وE را Format کردم و بعد E را انتخاب کردم و بعد دکمه install را زدم.که فکر نمی کنم این کار من ایرادی داشته باشد.یه چیز دیگری را هم بگم گه بعداز اینکه موفق به نصب windows 7 نشدم ویندوز قبلی خودمان را (xp) دوباره با موفقت کامل نصب کردم.لطفا زود جواب بدید وقت کمی دارم.

محتویات دی وی دی ویندوز رو روی هاردتون کپی کنید و یا از دی وی دی ایمیج بگیرید. اگر نتونستید این کار رو انجام بدید با شماره 88994474 تماس بگیرید برای تعویض دی وی دی. در صورتی که محتویات دی وی دی بر روی هارد کپی شد ، سیستمتون مشکل سخت افزاری داره.
