سلام من هم همین مشکل رو با 3d 2012 در حال حاضر دارم بعضی از دوستان گفتن framework 4 رو نصب کن مشکل حل میشه این کارو کردم ولی هیچ اتفاقی نیفتاد ویندوزم 64 بیتی هستش و دقیقا موقع اول نصب این خطا رو میده دوستان کمک کنند...

سلام خدارو شکر مشکلم رو خودم حل کردم ! فقط همین رو بگم که از داخل خود سی دی پوشه به پوشه هرچی مربوط به نصب نرمافزار و ویندوزم که 64 بیتی بود رو از یک کنار نصب کردم (بدون توجه به ستاب اصلی سی دی). درضمن بعد از نصب نرم افزار اگر به فایل های dll گیر داد داخل یکی از پوشه ها پر از فایل هلی dll هست آنها را در پوشه ای که نرم افزار را نصب کردید را کپی کنید
