فایل ستاپ رو از دی وی دی روی هارد کپی کنید و بعد از روی هارد اجرا کنید.

پاسخ : قبلا 2013نصب بوده وبعد از خريدازشركت نوين پندار2011خواستم نصب نشد وتصميم به نصب2010گرفتم با توجه به راهنمايي شما نصب كردم مرتحل مقدماتي وباپيغام ذيل مواجه شدم؟

هر نسخه ای دیگه ای از اتوکد رو دارید کامل از روی سیستم Uninstall کنید و نسخه دلخواه رو نصب کنید. توجه داشته باشید که بر روی یک ویندوز تنها یک نسخه از اتوکد رو نصب کنید. وجود چند اتوکد بر روی یک سیستم مشکل ایجاد میکنه.
