آنتی ویروس اویرا توسط برنامه Avira Trial Reset V2.3 قابل آپدیت نیست

بعد از دریافت یک لایسنس 30 روزه توسط خود نرم افزار و اتمام آن اقدام به دریافت لایسنس30 روزه به کمک Avira Trial Reset V2.3 کردم اما این برنامه دیگر قادر به دریافت لایسنس نیست.
باید عرض کنم که این مشکل در پک ورژن 6 هم بود و در این پک هم هست آنتی ویروس اویرا ورژن 2011 توسط برنامه Avira Trial Reset V2.3 آپدیت میشود اما ورژن 2012 که در پک های ورژن 6 و 7 شرکت شما قرار دارد، Avira Trial Reset V2.3 قادر به فعال سازی آن نیست خواهش مند هستم یک پیگیری جدی بفرمائید چون من پک آنتی ویروس شرکت شمارو فقط بخاطر آنتی ویروس اویرا میخریدم الان از این دو پک توزیع شده اصلا راضی نبودم و تا الان هم از ورژن 2011 استفاده میکردم اما شرکت اویرا این ورژن رو کلا از دور خارج کرده و مجبور شدم که ورژن 2012 رو از داخل پک هفتم شما دوباره نصب کنم که بازم مثل پارسال آپدیت نمیشه.
اگر این مشکل رفع نشه حد اقل 7 تا از مشتریهای خوبتون رو از دست میدین
