xilisoft video vconverter

با سلام من xilisoft video converter رو حدود یک ماه پیش نصب و رجیستر کردم اما امروز دوباره شماره سریال میخواد . شماره سریال قبلی رو هم که بهش میدم رجیستر نمیشه . چکار باید بکنم ؟ با تشکر

با عرض سلام. من هم مشکلی مانند آقای بالایی دارم و برای بار دوم برنامه را کلا uninstall کردم و بعد از نصب در فایروال قرار دادم و سریال را وارد کردم و پیغام نیاز به شبکه آمد. در ضمن Patch دی وی دی باز نمی شود ولی برای بار اول که سه ماه پیش بود باز و اجرا کرد. لطفا کمک کنید.

قبل از اجرای پچ، آنتی ویروستان را موقتاً غیرفعال و اتصال به اینترنت را قطع کنید.بعد از نصب برنامه ابتدا باید برنامه را کرک کرده و سپس در لیست فایروال قرار دهید.
پچ را به صورت Run as administrator اجرا کنید.
از پیغام داده شده عکس تهیه کرده و برای ما بفرستید.
