2 مشکل پس از نصب ویندوز 7

سلام
من پس از نصب ویندوز سون شما به دو مشکل برخوردم :

1- فولدر Program Files و windows.old هنوز در درایو c موجود بود، ویندوز اولد را توانستم دیلیت کنم ولی پروگرم فایلز را نه، از طریق safe mode هم نشد. (ویندوز سون را از طریق ویندوز xp نصب کردم چون از طریق بوت نشد) .

2- پس از خاموش کردن سیستم بوسیله shut down ، چراغ کلید پاور، روی کیس روشن میماند و باید بوسیله کلید ریستارت روشن کنم.

ممنون میشوم نحوه رفع این مشکلات را به من بگویید.
