کرک Office 2010 از بین رفته

با سلام چندی پیش یک پاکت حاوی بسته آفیس 2010خریداری نموده ونصب کردم و فایل کرک را مانند دستورالعمل اجرا کردم ولی اکنون آفیس اخطار product Activation failed مشاهده و سربرگ برنامه ها قرمز می باشد.راه حل چیست؟ ویندوز بنده ویندوز 7 می باشد.

من هم همین مشکل رو دارم کرک رو اجرا می کنم بازم نمیشه
البته برای من اولش یه چیزی می خواد لود بشه ولی نمیشه و با خارج کردنش کلا خارج می شه
